Driver Distraction - Hypothetical

The Hypothetical was held 2.30 - 4.30pm on Friday 16 February 2007 at the Treasury Theatre, 1 Macarthur Street, Melbourne.

The discussion touched on:

  • How drivers and other road users commute safely in this technologically challenging age?
  • What happens if there is a crash?
  • What are the employee and employer responsibilities?
  • How are road organisations, enforcement, investigation and workplace insurance agencies involved in issues around driver distraction and broader road safety matters?
