Professor Raphael Grzebieta President Australasian College on Road Safety is one of the key speakers at a Road Safety Forum that is on in Perth today and tomorrow. Grzebieta explains what he is speaking about at the forum. Grzebieta outlines why fatality rates in WA are so high saying one of the reason is that people do not wear seatbelts.Grzebieta says cars are getting safer with electric stability control, airbags, seatbelt retractors and ABS. Grzebieta outlines how roadside infrastructure can be improved. Grzebieta says he is in full support of the Towards Zero strategy.
